Return Policy

1. Which situation FoxwelleShop provides return policy? 
Our policy lasts 30 days from purchase date.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange or refund.

First, the product have quality problem.
It can not work once you receive it or it encounter crash in delivery causing you can not use it. This situation we provide you return it for refund or exchange.

Second, you order a wrong item.
You can also return back the wrong item to get partial refund (minus the shipping cost), or exchange a right item. You responsible for return shipping cost or re-shipping fee.

Third, you are not satisfied with the item you buy.
Please refer to our refund policy.We can accept return within 30 days, you can get partial refund (minus the shipping cost,10% handling cost, Product refurbishment service fee), or exchange to another item you want. Customer need responsible for both shipping fee.

Fourth, if we miss-shipped the items or we send you a wrong item.
we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you choose this, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee, but you must make sure to send the original package back to us.

2. Which situation FoxwelleShop do not provide return policy? 

First, Over 30days since your purchase. 
 We do not accept any returns after 30 days from purchase date.

Second, item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts by yourself. 
we can not provide reutrn service for you. But you can return for repair. Customer need responsible for both shipping fee.

3. Where is the return address?
Products that have been used can be returned to the Chinese warehouse.
Unused products are allowed to be returned to the US warehouse,EU warehouse.
No matter where the package was sent out to you. If you need to return it back, you can only send back to the address we provided. Other address are not acceptable. 

4. What is the amount of my refund?
The refund is equal to the actual payment amount minus the shipping.
Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable for any reason. 
If the package you return is incomplete and lacks parts, the refund will also deduct the relative cost.

Buyer could return back the package to close the registration freely and get refund within one month since they have their package.
If over one month, we can not close the registration freely. Need to pay cancellation fee and Product refurbishment service fee (the exact amount depends on the device you bought).

Repair Policy
When your products get damaged after using some time and needs repair, we provide repair service for you. Please contact with customer service about the repair.
You need to use simple airmail to send the item back to us, after we fix it, we will send back to you. We will not charge you for simple airmail ship back, but if you ask for express shipping, you need to pay for this.
